We stopped by UCLA Radio last week to do an interview and in studio performance on Hoodie Music. Kevin talked about everything from the new full length, touring, transitioning from full band to acoustic, beard grooming, and more!
Please take a moment to watch this new video for our newest single “Roots and Branches” which will be on our upcoming full length. Special thanks to our great friend Mike Russell for playing bass and singing backup vocals. Please share on your social networks and help spread the word!

The Artery Foundation is a worldwide management company that opened it’s doors in 2004. CEO Eric Rushing has been instrumental in developing bands such as A Day To Remember, Breathe Carolina, and Asking Alexandria into headlining bands with long careers. Becoming part of Artery will allow us to tour internationally, and will open new doors in regards to how we release our music. We’re very proud to become part of the family, and look forward to growing with the company.
Basically, you’re going to see a lot more touring, videos, and releases from us in the coming year. Thank you all so much for helping us take this next step for the band. More announcements will be coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

So we’ve officially been at the Vanguard Room in Lakeland, Florida for one month, and things are going really well. After going over demos, we spent a lot of time refining the songs. Scrapping parts and songs altogether to try and make the most dynamic and colorful record we’re capable of. Aaron is helping us breathe new life and energy into the songs we’ve spent the last year writing, and it’s the most gratifying experience to hear the record come together one piece at a time. We wanted to take the basic approach of our acoustic songwriting, and expand upon it with new instrumentation and tones that we haven’t explored before.
When you create songs, and write personal lyrics, it’s easy to become protective over the material you’ve written. That being said, Aaron has been incredibly caring with our vision, and has opened us up to exciting new ideas that are making this record rich and diverse. This is our first time working with another songwriter, and although we came into this process a bit nervous, we’re really thankful to have a third ear and perspective on our lyrics and songs.
We also have a ton of video content that we will be preparing over the coming months to visually aid the record. This will include multiple live studio performances, official music videos, and creative lyric videos. Make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel so you don’t miss all the exciting content we’ll be releasing this year and next.
Music is such an important part of our lives, and without our fans and friends supporting us, this record wouldn’t have been possible.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

The studio has been a dream come true so far. We first sat down with Aaron Marsh and really started to dive into each song. We all put in our input and went over a lot of ideas. What Kevin and I lack in the violin, piano, bells, xylophone department, Aaron really picks up on. We’ve tracked guitar for 7 songs and are hoping that we can finish up the next 3 songs today. We are trying to record as many videos as possible including two covers and a studio update!! STAY TUNED!!
We’ve finally released our song “Take It Back” that we recorded about a year ago. We’re giving it away for free to thank you guys for your continued support. Just sign up for our email list at the top right of our website for your download link – Kev and Anth
